Park rules and guidelines

We have rules and guidelines to ensure the health, safety and comfort of all our guests. You and your party must obey all park rules, guidelines, signage and reasonable requests from park staff. By staying at the park, you are agreeing to abide by the rules at all times.

Emergency

In the event of an emergency situation, please ring the after hours doorbell to the left of the reception door and convene at the emergency assembly point as indicated on the park map in the unit or provided upon check-in.

Parking

Parking is available for all units, please park in areas designated by park management upon check in.
One vehicle per site/unit is permitted.
Please contact reception if you require parking for more vehicles. We will try to accomodate requests, however this will depend on availability.
Street parking is available for visitors.

Units

Please wash your dishes after use and leave the room tidy.
Smoking is not permitted inside any of the park's buildings or structures, inside or within 4 metres of a seated area or building entryway.
Pets are only permitted in some units with prior agreement/approval.
All park facilities are available for you to use.
Units will be serviced on a weekly basis for extended stays.

We are a pet friendly park with two fully fenced lead free areas and a DIY doggy day spa with shampoo provided.

dump point

Peak Hill is an RV friendly town with a dump point, conventiently located approximately 260 metres from Double D Caravan Park.

Laundry

Guest laundry is available for use until 10pm.
Clothes lines are located outside the laundry.
Washing machines and dryers take $1 coins and change can be obtained from Reception.
Washing machines are $4 per load, dryers are $3 per load.
Laundry liquid saches can be purchased from the vending machine in the camp kitchen.

Camp kitchen

Camp kitchen is available for use by all guests. It is a great place to have a bbq, relax and meet other travellers. Take your pick of relaxing at the large table, the bar table or comfortable seats.

Enjoy a bbq, a cup of tea or coffee on us or watch TV.

The vending machine is stocked with snacks, cold drinks and laundry detergent.

Make the most of our book library where you can take or swap a book, CD or DVD to enjoy.

LPG GAS REFILLS

We can refill your LPG gas bottles, please ask at reception for assistance.

Pet friendly

We have two fully fenced lead free areas for your dog to have a run and enjoy the open space.

Our DIY doggy day spa is the perfect place to give your dog a bath after a hard day of exploring or being in the car. Shampoo and towels are provided, along with a professional dryer.
